Pricing
What’s included
We’ve tried to think of everything to help you enjoy your stay. The rental price includes: welcome bottle of wine, bed linens & towels, wi-fi, starter pack of logs and kindling, Scottish Fine Soaps handwash and shower gel, washing up and laundry supplies, and cleaning and laundry at the end of your stay.

Low season: £895 per week
Mid season: £1,050 per week High season: £1,195 per week |
| Two bedrooms (2-4 guests using master and twin bedrooms) |
Low season: £995 per week

| The third bedroom (upstairs double) is not currently in use. |
Prices above apply until 26th March 2027. Please enquire for prices later in 2027.
Low season: 30th October to 18th December 2026, 3rd January to 26th March 2027, and 29th October to 24th December 2027.
Mid season: 27th March to 22nd May 2026, 11th September to 30th October 2026, 26th March to 28th May 2027, 10th September to 29th October 2027.
High season: 22nd May to 11th September 2026, 18th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027, 28th May to 10th September 2027.
Terms & conditions
Dogs
One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a charge of £25 per week. If you are planning to bring your dog with you, please tell us when you book. We also ask that you and your dog abide by our common-sense house rules. Take a look at our dedicated dog-friendly page.
Children
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10. The cottage’s historic features mean it is not suitable for young children.
